Sunari, Villas & Spa Resort  Terms & Conditions of Online Reservation

 

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY!!

 

RESERVATIONS

ANY HOTEL RESERVATION MADE BY YOU ON THIS SITE WITH APPROVED PAYMENT SHALL PROVIDE TO AN IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION, OTHERWISE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

 

Upon your check-in date, you shall present yourself personally, credit card and other necessary identification documents for the purposes of confirming your identity and reservation to the relevant personnel at the Hotel.

 

PAYMENTS

Purchase Payment shall be made by major credit cards that are accepted by our partner banks. Purchase Payments are therefore subject to the approval of such financial institution / payment services provider and Sunari, Villas & Spa Resort shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution / payment services provider refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. Furthermore, Sunari, Villas & Spa Resort makes no responsibility to any surcharges made by your credit card issuer and / or their partner banks. Please check with your credit card issuer if you have any questions regarding this.

 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION FEES

 

The total amount that shall be returned to you upon a cancellation shall be your Full Payment less: any applicable deductions, fees or charges that are applied by the Hotel and/or their partnering banks ("cancellation fees") as a result of cancellation or changes in reservations made by you.

 

Cut-off date cancellation:

 

27 December - 5 January: 14 days

6 January - 30 June: 3 days

1 July - 30 September: 7 days

1 October - 26 December: 3 days

Cancellation fees that shall be applied by Hotels are as follows:

 

No cancellation charges for cancellations made on or before the cut-off date:

Cancellation charges for "no shows" after cut-off date:

Hotel cancellation fee amounting to the number of rooms times the price of one room night

No cancellation charges for "late shows" but no shortening of staying duration

Charges for shortening stay after cut-off date:

Sunari Villas & Spa Resort  will charge a cancellation fee of the price of one room night times the number of rooms which staying durations were shortened  

Cancellations must be reported directly to Sunari Villas & Spa Resort at these following email address: reservation@sunari.com. Cancellations that are not reported to Sunari Villas & Spa Resort  not be valid and you may be charged the "no show" cancellation fees.

We are not responsible for any charges applied by your credit card issuer and/or their partner banks as a result of cancellation. Please check with your credit card issuer if you have any questions regarding this.

 

VISA ON ARRIVAL (VOA)

Beginning February 1, 2004, the nationals of 21 countries will be able to obtain a “Visa on Arrival” processed at the gate of entry following the payment of an official fee. The citizens of 21 countries and territories eligible to purchase visas on arrival are: the United States, Australia, South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Finland, Hungary, United Kingdom, Italy, Japan, Germany, Canada, South Korea, Norway, France, Poland, Switzerland, New Zealand and Taiwan. The citizens of aforementioned countries must hold a passport with at least 6 months remaining validity at the time of arrival, present a completed embarkation/disembarkation card provided by the airlines and pay the stipulated fee to obtain a visa. Two visa types will be offered to passengers arriving at a point of entry where the visa on arrival facility is offered, US$10 for three days and US$25 for 30 days. It is advisable the payment to be made in US dollars cash.

 

Citizens from the following countries may enter Indonesia for upto 30 days without payment of the above fees: Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Philippines, Hong Kong, Macao, Vietnam, Chile, Peru and Morocco.

 

Please note that the citizens of any other countries will be required to arrange a visa prior to their arrival in Indonesia, information can be obtained from the Indonesian Embassy.
